Our company, first named Newmans LTD,was formed in 1975 in Estherville, by Ron and Jeanette Newman to serve Emmet and surrounding counties and communities with a goal of providing superior service and generous, stable employment. Lakes P.H.C, Inc. was organized in 1986 and we opened our offices in Spirit Lake.  Since then, we have expanded to include the communities in Clay, with our Bjornstad's Advanced Comfort location in Spencer. As our family grew so did our professional family to nearly 20 co-workers who are charged with taking care of our family of customers as well as they would care for their own families.

Our 24 emergency service is as easy as 1-2-3.  Just dial our number and listen to the message.  Push "1" to leave a non-emergency message or push "2" to be connected to our emergency operator.  In about 15 minutes or less our "on-call" technician will call you back and, maybe, be able to help you over the phone.  If not, he'll be on the way and you'll know when to expect him. Isn't that better than leaving a message and wondering when and if and when you will hear from someone while water is running out of your ceiling.
